Bonne Fete:
Crafting in the French Countryside

Welcome to Chateau Dumas, a beautifully restored 18th century estate situated in the lush countryside of south central France. The Bonne Fete retreats are a bountiful blend of studio time, delicious meals cooked by our in house chef and excursions to nearby flea markets, food markets and quaint villages.

Anna's creative workshops are filled with her love of collage, French aesthetic, vintage ephemera and signature beeswax technique. The studio will be stocked with authentic materials: old books, cartes postales, postage stamps, ledgers, ribbons and lace, all to be transformed into journals, small art pieces and keepsakes. Lizzie will indulge your textile fantasies by providing a cache of French linens to be repurposed into lovely sachets, totes, notions and more. We are visited during the week by the lovely Fabienne, a collector of all things beautiful and fabulous, linens, buttons, watch parts, rosaries and more, from which you can choose to add to your creative supplies or collections, as desired. adding to the festivities, there will be a cookery demo and market tour of the local food market with Marie Claude, who will offer her fresh and whimsical take on local ingredients.

Return home brimming with inspiration, new friends and a bevy of handmade treasures!

Chateau Dumas is located one hour north of Toulouse in the Tarn and Garonne region. It offers a beautifully appointed studio and 22 acres of lovingly maintained gardens and grounds.

The price for this week long workshop is 3000E-3700E (dependent upon room choice)
Price includes:

• 7 nights stunning accommodation, single or double occupancy

• Travel insurance (mandatory in case of cancellation due to an emergency)
• Airport and train transfers (Chateau Dumas will make these arrangements for 40E each way)
