"Summer Shadowbox"

Another new workshop! Bring along any size shadowbox (easily found at Michaels) and we will spend the day learning the art of mixed media collage. Using book boards, imagery and vintage embellishments, each student will create a magical wonderland within their box. Soldering may be explored depending upon demand. Anna will have certain items to choose from, but please bring goodies from your own collections (photos, postcards, buttons, dice, charms etc) to help realize a lush and personal piece. Basic tools (glues, hammers, nails) will be provided and a delicious lunch in Anna's home is also included.

A Keepsake Box? Soldered Charms? A Vintage Book Collage with Beeswax?...Your choice! Anna will have lots of yummy materials on hand to help make this day your own personal creative exploration, leading wherever your summertime heart desires. Come practice and play or try something new...some projects will require bringing your own trinkets to work with...we can discuss. As always, a delicious lunch is included to round out the day.
